Animal Centred Education combines ongoing observations of the animal’s posture, movement, and nervous system responses, gentle body contact where appropriate, and ACE Free Work.
ACE Free Work combines a variety of sensory educational experiences, including different surfaces, and the introduction of simple educational lessons within the frame work of ACE Free Work at a pace to suit each individual dog.
Example Curriculum
Further your dog's learning with Animal Centred Education.
Dog's don't lose focus, or become distracted. They shift focus, and dis-engage from what we are asking them to do. We may need to modify our own behaviour, identify and address physical problems, or change the way we interact with them. We need to question everything, but never question the dog because the dog is always right.
ACE can give you answers to questions you didn't know you'd asked.
ACE Courses
ACE Observations are an integral part of all our courses. If you would like to further your observation skills, or have just discovered Animal Centred Education, ACE Dog Detective is the course for you.
